WayURL Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our Acceptable Use Policy seeks to protect us, our customers, and the broader Internet community from any unethical, irresponsible, or unlawful conduct when it comes to using WayURL's Products - which encompasses services, technologies, and products provided by us under any ongoing agreement. We collectively refer to our products and services as the "Product(s)."
Customers of WayURL found engaging in any activity that is against this acceptable use policy can be held accountable and have their service suspended or account terminated. In some cases, we could even be legally required to report such customers to relevant authorities.

Fair use
We offer our services with the expectation that you will use them in a typical "business as usual" way. However, if your usage is deemed excessive, then extra fees may be imposed, or limits could be set.
We vehemently oppose any type of abuse, discrimination, violation of rights, or activity that harms a group, individual, or resource. We take it upon ourselves to ensure our customers and their users (“end-users”) utilize our products with the same intentions in mind.
Customer Responsibility
You have the obligation to take responsibility for any actions taken when using our products. This includes anyone who has been allowed access with your permission, as well as those taking advantage of security loopholes due to a lack of proper safety measures.
Upon using our products and services, customers agree to uphold this policy for their end-users. If any complaints arise from the actions of customers or those using the products, they will be directed toward the assigned contact person of that particular account.
Should any customer or their end-user, through the use of our services and products, be found in violation of our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to immediately remove any associated products with said account as well as terminate it entirely. We will also take whatever additional preventative action is deemed necessary without giving prior notice.
In compliance with applicable laws, no credits will be provided for any service interruptions caused by a breach of our acceptable use policy.
Illegal conduct
Copyright infringement and access to prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to use our Products for the transmission, distribution or storage of any material that violates any applicable law. This encompasses but isn't restricted to:
- Any material that is copyrighted, trademarked, or protected by a trade secret and used without the rightful owner's consent.
- Any content that is offensive, defamatory, creates an unlawful threat or contravenes export control regulations.
Our clients bear the entire liability for any information they include, upload, share, send out, generate or distribute via our Products. Additionally, customers must validate that it is legal to employ whatever works are included in such content.
SPAM messages and undesired activity.
It is strictly prohibited to use our products for the purpose of sending spam, which goes against laws and regulations in your jurisdiction ("SPAM"). This includes, but is not restricted to, sending spam messages, soliciting customers through spam sent by other service providers, and collecting responses from spam delivered by different service providers.
Our Products should never be used for creating or hosting unapproved mailing lists or phone number databases (“messaging lists”). This includes but is not limited to subscribing email addresses and telephone numbers without the owner's permission, as well as storing any type of address that was subscribed in such a manner. All messaging lists run on our Products must employ "confirmed opt-in" tactics; there must always be evidence throughout the messaging list's lifespan that proves the owners gave express approval to do so.
The use of third-party mailing lists, phone number databases or any other purchased sources intended for spamming and unverified mailing list purposes is strictly prohibited on our products.
Our Products are equipped with a strict anti-spam and unauthorized message usage policy. This applies to any links or messages sent using our Products, as well as those directed from any network by the customer or their representative that conjoin the recipient to one of our sites hosted via our Products.
Unethical, oppressive, and malicious conduct
Our Products must never be utilized as a platform to advertise, transmit, or provide any software, program product, or service that breaches our acceptable use policy and the policies of other service providers. This includes but isn’t limited to facilitating spam activities, initiating network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial-of-service assaults.
We prohibit the use of our products for unauthorized access to any account or electronic resource, including but not limited to activities such as hacking, cracking, and phreaking.
We strictly forbid using our products to intentionally or recklessly spread viruses and malicious code throughout our products and systems.
Under no circumstance should any of our Products be used to intentionally harass another group or individual. This includes but is not limited to denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, promoting racial or ethnic intolerance, as well as any action meant to intimidate, abuse, violate, or discriminate against any group or individual.
Activities that are malicious, harmful, and unethical include:
- Trying to use our services while intentionally evading payment;
- Attempting to receive services from another provider without paying, with the intent of utilizing our facilities for such transactions.
- Any attempts to gain unauthorized access, alter or destroy (or attempt any of these actions) information about our customers and end-users via any means is strictly prohibited.
- Interfering with the use of our facilities and network by other customers or authorized individuals through malicious activities is strictly prohibited.
We strictly prohibit any content or links that promote violence, show violent acts, depict child pornography, or threaten anyone's physical or mental well-being. - Any action or failure to act that contravenes consumer protection laws and regulations;
- Any breach of an individual's right to privacy.
Our products may not be used by any individual or organization that is engaged in or is thought to be engaged in illegal gambling, terrorism, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, the development, design, manufacture, stockpiling, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction, or missiles, including any association with individuals or groups that support the foregoing.
Unlawful use of WayURL assets
Here at WayURL, we firmly forbid any attempts to misrepresent our brand or Products in an effort to falsely acquire service, custom, patronage, or trust. This includes pretending to be a representative of WayURL and suggesting fictitious business relationships with us as well as claiming ownership of any property associated with us.
About Our AUP Policy
This policy presents a non-exclusive selection of activities that we consider incompatible with our brand.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The revised version will be immediately effective upon publication on our website, whichever is earlier:
- From the moment the customer uses our Products after we update this policy and post it on our website, or:
- Within 30 days following the release of our revised policy on our website.
